buying a home

    1. Pre-Approval

Whether you are a first time home buyer or an experienced seller, the first step when thinking of purchasing a home is to get a full pre-approval from your mortgage lender. Remember, an online mortgage calculator does NOT count as pre-approval! Finding the right home can take time, and knowing your budget will ensure you are looking at homes that fit into your price range. We are always happy to recommend trusted lenders!

    2. Book a Buyer Consultation

We would love to meet you in person or virtually!

Booking a buyer consultation is the perfect place to start when looking to buy a home. During our meeting, we will make sure to gain a full understanding of your purchasing goals. We will use this information to set you on the right path and ensure you are taking the correct steps that will lead you to a successful home purchase!

It is critical to use a Realtor you like and trust. Our team is confident you will find exactly that when working with us!

    3. Go look at some houses

After the initial consultation, and you’ve received your pre-approval, go check out some houses! As your Realtor, we will take the information from our meeting to narrow down a few houses that best suit your needs. Viewing a few homes with us will provide a great opportunity to see that we are a great fit for each other!

    4. Hire a Realtor you Trust

After viewing a few homes, it is time to decide if we are a good match! We could go on and on about the value of using a Realtor in your home search. However, the most important factor to keep in mind is that we , as your Realtor, are here to represent you and your best interests, ALWAYS! And yes, we might be biased, but we believe we are pretty great! If you choose to move forward with us, we will arrange a time to sit down and sign the Buyer Representation Agreement with you. Once this is in place, get ready for the fun to begin!
